The Problem We Solve
Most SaaS companies are drowning in lifecycle platform licenses they don't fully use. They have campaigns, segments, and automations. But they're running them tactically — reacting to email engagement instead of orchestrating around customer behavior and business states.
The result is invisible. It doesn't show up as a broken campaign or a bad metric. It shows up as a slow drag: retention leaking quietly, expansion signals missed, reactivation stuck, sales pipeline underfed.
We call this lifecycle debt. And in most B2B companies, it costs between 2-8% of ARR annually.
What We Do
NOVINCEP is a systems architecture practice. We work with B2B SaaS leadership to audit, map, and redesign lifecycle systems for revenue impact.
We don't optimize campaigns. We don't tweak subject lines. We don't send more email. We look at the layer underneath — the event model, behavioral states, orchestration logic, and suppression architecture — and we show you where the money is actually going.
Our work produces three outcomes:
-
Diagnostic clarity.
A map of your system showing specifically where and why leakage happens. Not "our retention is bad." But "40% of users who hit expansion-ready state never get an expansion offer, because you're not tracking behavioral readiness."
-
A prioritized roadmap.
Which architectural changes return the most revenue, and in what sequence. Usually 3-6 month effort. Usually 3-8% ARR recovery in year one.
-
Implementation clarity.
Exactly how to build this in your actual stack (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, or custom). Not theory. Code-level decisions.
Who This Is For
If you're a VP of Marketing, CMO, or Founder running a B2B SaaS company (5M–100M+ ARR) and you suspect your lifecycle program is a cost center instead of a growth lever — this is for you.
You probably already know something is wrong. You've tried:
"New segment structure. More email frequency tests. A rebrand of the nurture program. Hiring a better lifecycle person."
And nothing moved the needle meaningfully. That's because the problem isn't tactical. It's architectural.
How We Work
We offer two engagement models:
The Diagnostic
2-3 days of structured analysis of your system, users, and data model.
Produces: System map, leakage analysis, roadmap, estimated recovery
Typical investment: $15K–$25K
Best for: Leaders who want clarity before committing to implementation
The Build
4–12 week implementation: audit → design → instrumentation → optimization.
Produces: Rebuilt event model, behavioral state engine, orchestration flows, live results
Typical investment: $50K–$150K depending on stack complexity
Best for: Teams ready to move now and want expert guidance through execution
The Framework
You want to build this yourself, but you need the playbook, templates, and decision framework.
Produces: Diagnostic methodology, audit checklist, decision tree, architecture patterns
Typical investment: $5K–$15K (one-time license)
Best for: In-house teams who want to own the thinking and apply it repeatedly
Most companies start with the Diagnostic. It takes a few days, costs less than a failed hiring cycle, and either confirms the problem or rules it out. From there, the path is clear.
Who's Behind This
NOVINCEP is run by Elad Bloch. I've spent the last decade inside B2B SaaS marketing systems — as practitioner, advisor, and auditor. I've seen the pattern repeat: platforms vastly underutilized, teams working harder instead of smarter, revenue sitting on the table because the system underneath is shallow.
I started NOVINCEP because the insight isn't exotic. Most companies already have the data, the platform, and the team. What they're missing is a layer of thinking that connects what the product knows about users to what the system does in response. That layer is architectural, not creative. And it's worth millions.
I work with teams who already suspect this. My job is to confirm it, quantify it, and show them how to fix it.
Why Lifecycle Systems Matter Now
The customer data you have has never been richer. Product events fire in real time. Behavioral signals are everywhere. But most companies are still running campaigns like it's 2015 — batch sends, broad segments, email engagement as a proxy for intent.
The companies that win at B2B SaaS now are the ones thinking about customer state machines, not campaign calendars. Behavioral triggers, not time-based sends. Orchestration across all channels, not siloed email programs.
NOVINCEP helps you become one of those companies.

Most diagnostics take 2–3 days and surface whether your leakage is architectural or tactical. Let's find out where your money is actually going.
